AI-assisted field diagnostics for commercial and industrial refrigeration technicians
Photograph a schematic, describe a symptom, or look up a fault code — get ranked answers built from real diagnostic sessions, not a generic manual.
No card required.
What it does
Six tools, organised the way a call actually goes — diagnose, look it up, write it down.
Ask AI
Describe the symptoms in plain language and get ranked causes with the exact checks to run — informed by what's fixed this equipment before.
Drawing Trace
Photograph an electrical schematic or a refrigeration P&ID. It reads the drawing, follows your checks step by step, and flags the traps before you hit them.
Fault code library
Look up a code straight off the controller — what it means and the causes ranked by what actually turns out to be wrong in the field.
Guided walkthroughs
No code, just a symptom? Step-by-step decision trees that route you to the root cause instead of round the houses.
Job logs that teach the AI
Write down what was checked, what fixed it, and the cost. Every log your crew writes teaches the AI — the next call starts smarter instead of from scratch.
Manual lookup
Brand and model off the nameplate. It finds the documentation, decodes the model number, and links the manual.
Who it's for
Built for the people actually standing in front of the equipment.
Independent technicians
Get the diagnostic backup of a second tech on every call, without having to hire one.
Refrigeration & HVAC/R companies
Give the whole crew the same diagnostic playbook. Every job log makes the next one faster — institutional knowledge doesn't walk out the door when a tech does.
Techs building their skills
Every answer explains the why, not just the what — so newer techs build real diagnostic judgment, not just a checklist to follow blind.
See it in action
What it actually looks like on a phone in a machine room.
Everything organised the way a call actually goes.
Drawing Trace reads the schematic and points to exactly what to check.
Ask AI ranks likely causes and tells you what to meter next.
your photo
I built this because I was the guy getting the 9pm phone call. A second-year tech standing in front of a rack he can't read, and me trying to walk him through a control circuit over the phone. This is that phone call, except it doesn't wake anybody up — and it teaches him something instead of just telling him the answer.
